Use も to say that one more thing belongs to the same group as something already mentioned. When も attaches to a noun it takes the place of は, が, or を, so you drop those markers rather than stacking them.

Use も whenever you want to add yourself to the group — 私も (me too) is a whole reply on its own.

Maru· Common trap

も replaces は, が, and を, but it does NOT replace に or で — those particles stay: 図書館にもとしょかんにも (at the library too).
