How it works

Japanese stacks this almost backwards from English: the topic 今日もきょうも (today too) comes first, then the description いい天気いいてんき (good weather), and the polite です (is) lands at the very end. The final ね (right?) turns a flat statement into a friendly “don’t you think?” — a shared observation rather than a bare fact.
