Close an introduction casually

Dropping おねがいします makes the phrase shorter and much less formal, so よろしく on its own belongs among people your own age. The job is the same: it ends an introduction, and it also follows a favour you have just asked for. When you are unsure, the full よろしくおねがいします is never wrong.
