助けて

How it works

Two te-form verbs used as bare urgent commands: 助けてたすけて (help) and 来てきて (come) are the te-forms of 助けるたすける (to help) and 来るくる (to come), which on their own work as quick, casual requests. Between them, 誰だれ (who) plus か (question) becomes 誰かだれか (someone) — the question particle attached to a question word turns it into an indefinite "some-". So: "Help! Somebody come."
