How it works

Here と (and) links two nouns into one list — 肉(にく) (meat) and さかな (fish) — so you can hold them up side by side. Then どっち (which) asks you to pick between them, with が (subject) marking it as the thing in question, and 好き(すき) (like) (really a な-adjective, “liked”) finishes the thought. There's no polite です (is) and no question word か (question) — the ？ (?) and rising tone alone make it a casual “which do you like?”
