Say what you plan to do
Use つもり to say you intend or plan to do something.

I intend to [do something] / I plan to [do something]
つもり follows the plain form of a verb and expresses a settled intention or plan, stronger than just a wish. With the negative plain verb it means you intend not to do something. It describes your own decided plan, so it sounds more deliberate than simply saying you want something.
