How it works
This drops every particle for a chatty feel. サラダ (salad) is just named, then a comma's pause, then the i-adjective おいしい (tasty) on its own. With a rising ？ (question), the bare adjective becomes a question — "the salad — is it tasty?" No copula or か (question) needed in casual speech.
