How it works

散歩さんぽ (walk) pairs with する (do) to make the verb 散歩するさんぽする (take a walk). Here it shifts to its て (te-form) form 散歩してさんぽして (take a walk and…) and adds くる (go and come back): the 〜てくる (go do and return) pattern means you'll go do something and come back. There's no subject — context fills in the “I”, and the plain form keeps it casual, like telling a friend you're popping out.
