How it works

に (into) marks 中(なか) (inside) as the destination of the movement. The verb 入る(はいる) (enter) appears in its て (te-form) form 入って(はいって) (come in), which on its own works as a soft, casual command — “come on in”. The full polite version would add ください (please).
