How it works

を (object) marks 毛布(もうふ) (blanket) as the thing being requested. Then もう一枚(もういちまい) (one more (flat thing)) stacks もう (more) with the counter 一枚(いちまい) (one flat thing) — 枚(まい) (flat-thing counter) is used for thin, flat objects like blankets. The polite request word ください (please) lands at the very end, the way Japanese always closes a sentence with the verb-like part.
