How it works

To ask for something politely, name the thing, mark it with を (object), then add ください (please): 薬をくださいくすりをください (medicine, please). を (object) flags 薬くすり (medicine) as what you want handed over. ください (please) is itself the request form — a polite “please give me” — so it acts as the predicate on its own, with no separate action verb needed.
