が (subject) points out 蚊 (mosquito) as the subject — but with feeling words like 嫌い (hate), Japanese marks the thing you dislike with が (subject), not an object particle. So literally it’s closer to “mosquitoes are hateful (to me)”. No verb is needed; 嫌い (hate) alone carries it.
