How it works

を (object) marks 切符きっぷ (ticket) as what you want, and 二枚にまい (two (flat things)) is a counter — 枚 counts thin, flat objects like tickets or sheets of paper. Counters sit after the noun, not before. ください (please) politely requests it: “two tickets, please.”
