How it works

The subject 電車でんしゃ (train) comes first with no particle — in casual speech the marker is simply dropped. The verb 来るくる (come) shifts to plain past 来たきた (came), no polite ます (polite) in sight. The final よ (you know) is the punch: it flags fresh news the listener may not have noticed yet — “the train’s here!”
