A な-adjective takes です at the end to describe something politely.

Unlike an い-adjective, a な-adjective is not itself a predicate, so it relies on the copula です (or だ) to finish the sentence. The な only appears when the adjective sits directly in front of a noun; at the end of a sentence you use です instead.
