The adjective いい (good) sits right before the noun it describes (夢ゆめ (dream)) — just like English. を (object) marks the dream as the object, and the verb 見るみる (see) shifts to casual past 見たみた (saw). Japanese literally "sees" a dream rather than "having" one. With no polite です (is) or ます (polite), it sounds relaxed.
