How it works

の (of) links two nouns to build a place phrase: 木き (tree) + の (of) + 後ろうしろ (behind) means literally “the tree’s behind” — the spot behind the tree. The plain copula だ (is) closes it casually instead of polite です (is), and final よ (you know) adds a “you know!” — letting the listener in on where it is.
