How it works

見てみて (look) is the て (te-form) form of 見るみる (see) used on its own as a soft, casual “look!” — friendlier than a blunt command. What follows is just a noun phrase: の (of) links 梅うめ (plum) to 木き (tree), so 梅の木うめのき (plum tree) means “tree of plums.” No verb or です (is) closes it — the excited fragment stands alone, like pointing and naming.
