The destination comes first, marked by に (to), which points to where you're heading — the 大使館 (embassy). Then comes the verb: add 〜たい (want to) to a verb stem to say you want to do it, so 行く (go) becomes 行きたい (want to go). The polite です (is) rounds it off softly at the end.
