How it works
This is a short exclamation, not a full sentence — there’s no verb at all. が (subject) marks 蟻 (ants) as what’s being talked about, and いっぱい (lots) describes the amount. A polite copula like です (is) could be added, but leaving it off keeps the casual, “whoa, ants everywhere!” feel.
