Wanting things in Japanese uses ほしい (want), which behaves like an adjective rather than a verb, so the thing you want is marked with が (subject), not an object particle. もう (one more) plus the counter 一枚いちまい (one flat thing) means “one more” — 枚まい (flat-object counter) is the counter for thin, flat items like plates. There’s no polite です (is) at the end, so it sounds casual.
